On December 4th, Fund President, Lisette Nieves, joined Working for a Future: Equity and Access in Work-Based Learning for Young People co-author Becca Huntting at the “On the Job: Maximizing Work-Based Learning for Career Development” panel at the 2024 NYCETC Conference. Moderated by Jonathan Bowles, this engaging panel explored how work-based learning programs can empower individuals and transform career trajectories, highlighting innovative strategies to build a stronger and more inclusive workforce in New York City.
