We are thrilled to announce that Noel S. Anderson, Ph.D., has joined Fund for the City of New York as our new Scholar in Residence!
Dr. Anderson, Clinical Professor of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies, brings over 25 years of leadership experience in public and private sectors, including significant roles at New York University and Year Up, Inc. His work in education, youth development, and policy has impacted thousands of lives, from large public-school districts to global academic institutions.
As the Co-Founder of the Center for Youth and the Future of Work, Dr. Anderson is a strong advocate for equity in education and career pathways for youth. His extensive background in urban education and workforce development, alongside his recent publications and co-authored books with President Lisette Nieves, continue to shape the future of work-based learning and youth career development worldwide.
